LOCATION: Port Colbourne, ON
DATE COMPLETED: December 2025
DESCRIPTION: This project involves wiring two buildings totaling 30 Stacked Townhouses. Each unit is comprised with a separate metering, and electrical services. This project also encompasses weather-proof meter centers, digital SMART metering and parking lot lighting.

DATE COMPLETED: September 2025
DESCRIPTION: This project involves wiring a 26 Stacked Townhouse building. Each unit is comprised with a separate metering, and electrical services.


BASE BUILDINGS C & G

CUSTOMER: Smart Centers Canada
LOCATION: Welland, ON
DATE COMPLETED: January 2025
DESCRIPTION: Completed underground Electrical Site Works and full base building electrical scope for two brand new base buildings. Seven (7) tenant units make up the interior of the two buildings.
BISTRO @ THE TABLE ROCK

LOCATION: Niagara Falls, ON
DATE COMPLETED: April 2024
DESCRIPTION: Completed a major interior renovation of a unit in the existing Table Rock building to bring a brand new Bistro and Wine Bar to the popular tourist location.


TACO BELL

LOCATION: Niagara Falls, ON
DATE COMPLETED: September 2024
DESCRIPTION: Completed a major interior renovation of an existing restaurant and repurposed the building into three (3) separate units. One of which was outfitted for a new Taco Bell restaurant, complete with a eat-in dining room and drive-thru service window.
